The test is based on the “Wartegg Test” which was developed in 1926 by the German psychologist Ehrig Wartegg (1897-1983).
It is one of the most commonly used personality analysis tools and is supposed to help institutes or individuals gain a better understanding of intrinsic personality characteristics.
I suggest that you print out the images below and make a meaningful drawing incorporating the shape in each box.
